Brand & Account Manager, Social

We’re looking for a full-time Brand & Account Manager to work with our LA-based team. You'll be helping a fantastic team that manages campaigns for many Motion Picture Studios, TV Networks, and Streaming Services.

This candidate is a strategic thinker who is passionate about building communities to support our campaign narratives. As an analytical self-starter, this person approaches assignments with a can-do attitude and is able to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced social environment. 



  • Manage day-to-day development for brands to achieve goals and manage key milestones while meeting client targets
  • Communicate and manage client expectations daily 
  • Develop and work with clients on budgets 
  • Cross-reference and ensure the strategy aligns throughout the campaign 
  • Monitor and analyze existing social pages and reporting software to provide recommendations based on content performance
  • Execute brand-building activities, and development of content with internal and external teams 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cultural, audience, and industry trends
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment; adapts rapidly to changing information and can work under time pressures in a constructive and positive manner
  • Searching for related news and trends in real time / suggesting brand-appropriate ways
  • to get involved in relevant conversations
  • Thinking and acting strategically, developing structured plans for posts according to community and fan findings
  • Insuring creative is on-brand and in-line with audience insights
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Work with the social producer and creative team to make sure the client's vision is being communicated & realized - as needed 
  • Compile and convey creative notes and revisions to designers - as needed
  • Community listening
  • Copywriting for social posts - as needed



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a brand marketer, digital strategist, social manager, or similar role
  • Proven work experience in social media and brand marketing 
  • Experience with the entertainment industry preferred 
  • A team player with excellent time management skills, delivers high-quality work, and remains focus under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects concurrently
  • Self-starter who can think boldly and strategically, with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through 
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
  • A willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done
  • Experience with Sprout Social, a plus
  • Proficiency in GSuite is expected
  • Able to format data into reports tailored to our clients’ needs 
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, digital animation, editorial, and social advertising
  • An understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) a plus
  • Previous experience as a community manager in brands or entertainment a plus
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube a must, experience with Reddit, Discord, Tik Tok, and other social communication platforms a plus
