We’re looking for a full-time paid social media intern to work in the Home Brew office in Burbank. You'll be helping a kick-ass team that manages campaigns for WB, Universal, Sony, Dreamworks and more!
As an intern you'll get hands-on experience with analytics, community management, copywriting, social strategy, brainstorms, and we always try to tailor the internship a bit to suit the intern's interests & skills. Our main goal with the intern role is to give students hands on experience that they can apply towards their future careers.
Transcribe trailers, TV spots and clips
Research new social trends
Attend all brainstorms and take notes
Brainstorm follow up research - as needed
Clipping photos (if applicable)
Monitor each project's’ social pages for offensive comments / spam
Search social platforms for positive and negative comments about each project
Assist with posting - as needed
Flag any posts that may break embargo, share spoilers, etc.
Help QA social posts
Ability to work on-site in Burbank
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment
A team player with a proactive mentality
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Proficiency in GSuite is expected

We’re looking for a full-time social producer to work in the Home Brew office in Burbank. You'll be helping a kick-ass team that manages campaigns for WB, Universal, Sony, DreamWorks and more!
The producer’s role is to be a second set of eyes and hands for the account directors/managers. They will be looped into projects every step of the way. From taking ownership of internal and multiple round creative revisions, QAing creative content, reviewing asset calendars, to checking in with managers to ensure all client tasks are being addressed.
Attend in-person meetings and phone calls
Daily account management / communication - as needed
Assist manager by ensuring that all design resources are prepped and follow the schedule
Assist manager(s) and creative(s) with brainstorming content ideas
Lead quality assurance on:
Deliverable Tracking Documents
Handle internal creative revisions
Receive client feedback
Work with designers, creative producers, creative directors, and account leads on revised creative
Lead overall calendar management and work with the strategist and coordinator to ensure campaign objectives are aligned
Attend screenings - as work permits
Live event coverage (remotely or on-site) - as needed
Ability to work on-site in Burbank.
Excellent organizational/project management skills with an ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects concurrently.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Must be willing to work collaboratively with multiple teams and clients.
Experience with motion graphics, digital animation, editorial, and social advertising.
Background in Marketing preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
Proficiency in GSuite is expected.
An understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) a plus.
